I am a passionate French pastry chef based in Florida. At just 32 years old, I already have over 15 years of experience in France, where I developed my love for traditional French pâtisserie.

I am creative and detail-oriented, and I combine classic techniques with my own artistic touch to craft beautiful handmade cakes made to order. Each creation reflects my passion for flavor, elegance, and the authentic spirit of French pastry.

I work with intention ans sensitivity, honoring ingredients, textures, and the emotion behind each creation. Every detail matters to craft an experience that is as beautiful as it is delicious.
